The Good Ranch is a 1,700-acre planned community development that when completed will have 2,741 residential dwellings and 4.5 million square feet of retail centers, business parks, and medical facilities.

On behalf of the Stonegate HOA Board, we would like to thank you all for your patience as we moved through the processes necessary to get the new Board up to speed. We now have a full picture of how to move forward with all of the information needed to keep the community informed of our current state and the progress that we have made.
Since the reinstatement of the HOA in July, we have taken the step of filing the annual report, which is due at the end of August each year. We have also met with the previous Board members as part of the knowledge transfer process, and we appreciate all of the effort put in place to provide a smooth transition as we continue moving forward. Lastly, we have been in contact with those entities that have current or overdue invoices for services that have been rendered prior to reinstatement or which we have ongoing contracts.
At this time, the invoices have been created for all outstanding balances for the 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 annual dues. We understand that not everyone will be able to immediately provide payment for all open invoices at once, so we will be prioritizing the 2023 invoices. We will have the invoices available via two methods:
Pickup: We will have the invoices available in paper format for pickup at one of the Board member's residences to be announced on the Facebook group with the location, date and times they will be available. We will have members of the board available to answer any questions you may have, and each resident will have the opportunity to pay on their outstanding invoices onsite if desired. We will also be updating our current contact information for each resident to allow for better communications in future. Our next pickup date/location will be announced soon.
Email: For those individuals who wish to receive their outstanding invoices via email, which includes a link to pay directly through our system, there is an area on the Stonegate HOA website (https://stonegatehoa.net/) to update your current contact information and receive your statements electronically, or visit the following link: https://bit.ly/SGHOAContactUpdate.
Lastly, we have annual financial statements available for all residents, covering the years 2020, 2021, and 2022.
