Holiday Lights Contest

Decorate the outside of your house and yard in the most festive and creative manner and email us to be entered into the competition. Submit your address with photo of your display to hoaboard@stonegatehoa.net. Entries must be submitted by December 24,2024.

There are three competition (e) categories:

The Minimalist Award – Clean, Merry and Bright!

The Griswold Award – You can never have TOO much Holiday Spirit!

The Gingerbread Award – Best Homemade/Traditional Display

Your participation gives Stonegate HOA the authorization to allow photographs of

your display and your address to be shown on our website and social media.

**PLEASE NOTE: This Award Program focuses on the front yards/roofs only

Lights/decorations must be visible from the spectator’s car.

• CURB APPEAL: How does it look overall? Does it make you say “WOW”?
• UNIFORMITY OF COLOR: Use of color appears planned rather than looking as if whatever lights werein the attic were just pulled out and used.
• NEATNESS and ALIGNMENT: Lights strung appear straight along the edges of eaves, roof peaks,sidewalks, etc.
• ORGANIZATION OF LAWN ORNAMENTS 

 Voting will occur December 26-29. A poll will be available on the Stonegate website and on Facebook.

The winner will be announced on the Monday following the voting, December 30th 2024.
